Custom Luxury Order

Our Custom Luxury Orders are designed for clients who want a fully tailored experience. Each order is crafted to your exact specifications using the same premium-quality hair and materials that define The SAV Collections.

You May Customize the Following:

  • Hair Products- Wigs, Bundles, Frontals, and Closures
  • Textures- Straight, Curly, Wavy, and Deep Wave Textures
  • Hair Quality- Length, Density, and Origin
  • Color- Any Custom Color Request *Please describe your desired color. If you know a color code (e.g., 613, 10A), include it. We offer Natural Black by default.

Wig & Lace Products:

  • Lace- Sizes, Quality, and Color
  • Wig Cap- Any Custom Wig Cap (e.g., Mono Top, Capless, Full Lace, Lace Front, Glueless)

Luxury Add-Ons:

  • Double Drawn / Super Double Drawn
  • Pre-Plucked Hairline
  • Bleached Knots
  • Custom Layering or styling
  • Defined Parting- Middle Part, Side Part, and Free Part

Order Process

To place a custom order, please submit your request using the form below or send your exact order details in format to our email: inquiriesthesavcollections@outlook.com.

Full Custom Orders can be made by writing any additional notes in the form, for specifications. If you have a vision and do not understand our options, please still submit the form and we will help tailor your order.

Timeline + Expectations

Production & Delivery

  • Standard custom production time: Approximately 5-7 working days
  • Shipping time: Varies based on locations and carriers

Please note that custom orders may require additional time depending on complexity. We still work in a Made-to-Order style with customize requests, this means shipping timeline is extended for processing and packing.

Confirmation Process 

Once your request is submitted:

  1. Your order will be reviewed
  2. A confirmation email will be sent with estimated pricing and shipping timelines
  3. Approve your order, review and complete payment
  4. Production will begin only after your order is confirmed and payment is completed
  5. You will receive confirmation your order is completed and being shipped

Custom Order Policy

All custom luxury orders are specially made based on the customer's selected specifications and requested customization details. By submitting a custom order request and completing payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

  • All custom order sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted once payment has been processed and production has begun.
  • Customization requests, adjustments, or order modifications may only be made before production begins and must be confirmed directly through email communication.
  • Once production, customization, or processing has started, no changes can be guaranteed.
  • Production and shipping timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on customization complexity, material availability, processing, shipping carriers, holidays, or unforeseen productions delays.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details, including selected customization options, lengths, textures, colors, lace options, and shipping information before approving the final invoice/payment. Customers are responsible for providing and reviewing the correct contact information to receive updates and confirmations about their order request.
  • The SAV Collections reserves the right to communicate through customer's provided email address and/or phone number for important updates, urgent communication, order confirmations, production clarification, or shipping-related matters.
  • Due to the custom and luxury nature of these products, slight variations in color, density, placement, stitching, or handcrafted details may occur and do not qualify as defects. *The SAV Collections' production team will always strive for accuracy. We will let customers know of any concerns about color, density, placement, stitching, or handcrafted details when quoting the request.
  • The SAV Collections reserves the right to decline, cancel, or refuse any custom order request at our discretion before production begins.
  • Any fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, payment disputes, or unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future service and further action if necessary.

By proceeding with our Custom Luxury Order Request, the customer confirms reading, understanding, and agreeing to these terms.
