Shipping policy

At The SAV Collections, we are committed to delivering a refined and elevated customer experience. Each order is carefully sourced, prepared, and packaged to meet our standards of quality and presentation. Please review the following shipping terms prior to placing an order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, package, customize, and fulfill your order before shipment. Shipping time begins once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

All orders are processed within 6–10 business days. This processing period includes product sourcing, quality inspection, and preparation prior to shipment.

Processing times may vary during periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional events. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.

Processing times for Luxury Custom Order Requests are longer depending on the customer specifications; details will always be provided in Confirmation and/or Quotation emails, or upon request.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing has begun.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

After processing is complete, orders are shipped via standard shipping. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Please note that shipping timeframes are separate from processing times.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

We offer the following shipping option:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days)
    Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $150.00. Orders below this threshold may be subject to a flat-rate shipping fee.

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other reliable providers depending on the order and destination.

Updates on international shipping will be provided or informed upon customer request. International customers are responsible for custom fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country. Please contact us for any questions regarding international processing and shipping.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email, and a processing email before your order is shipped. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

DELAYS

The SAV Collections is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order re-shipped.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

The SAV Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen or misdelivered, packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local delivery office.

Once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility belongs to the carrier.

PREORDER / MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Products may be fulfilled through a sourcing and preparation process prior to shipment. We run a Made-To-Order system. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated processing time required to prepare your item(s).

Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders at our discretion.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Once customization or production has begun for Luxury Custom Order Requests, and products following the Made-to-Order style, items cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.
